HNW family is seeking an experience, energetic and polished executive housekeeper/house manager to maintain the cleanliness and organization of a historical residence with the attention to detail and using expert care. Tasks include daily house checks, regular weekly cleaning, and more frequent cleaning when owners are in residence. MUST have excellent communication skills and be able to work a flexible schedule to accommodate principle’s schedules.
Core Responsibilities:
Cleaning:
- Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping all floors.
- Cleaning bathrooms, including toilets, showers, tubs, and sinks.
- Cleaning kitchen surfaces, appliances, and sinks.
- Washing and drying dishes; loading and emptying dishwasher
- Cleaning windows and mirrors.
- Emptying trash and recycling bins.
Laundry and Linens:
- Washing, folding, and ironing clothes.
- Changing bed linens and making beds.
- Washing, ironing and folding table linens
- Arrange pick-up and delivery of dry cleaning as needed.
Organization and Tidiness:
- Maintaining overall tidiness of the residence.
- Putting away items and decluttering.
- Restock personal items as instructed by owners.
- Prepare for owner’s arrival with groceries, flowers and other personal items
Other Duties (May Vary):
- Running errands for the family (e.g., grocery shopping).
- Caring for and walking pets.
- Keeping track of cleaning supplies and restocking when they are low.
- Inspect home for damage and replenish consumable items.
- Coordinate and Oversee vendors and maintenace personnel
Security and House Access:
- Access to alarm codes, iphone security app and security camera
- Respond to alarms as needed
- Visit the property daily, walk grounds and inspect building exteriors.
- Provide house access to vendors
- Maintain house key inventory
