Experienced and efficient personal assistant needed for a prominent family in Mercer Island, WA! MUST have at least five years of experience as a personal assistant with excellent communication skills! You MUST have good common sense with problem-solving skills!
Duties include but are not limited to:
- answer all emails and messages on behalf of the family
- Create inventory checklists and replenish supplies
- heavy calendar management
- Make reservations and coordinate travel
- personal shopping
- pack/unpack for travel
- complete various administrative duties
- vendor and staff management
