Highly skilled and talented vegan chef needed for a HNW family! MUST have at least eight years of experience and be skilled with vegan cuisine and following strict dietary restrictions and allergies. Chef MUST be based in New York or Palm Beach as this position is 6 months in the Hamptons and 6 months in Palm Beach. Housing will be provided at the location the chef is not based in. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Menu planning
- Preparing and serving daily lunches and dinners
- keep an immaculate kitchen while working
- cook for all dinner parties
- Shop for the freshest/all organic groceries and keep pantry organized
- MUST be extremely skilled in vegan/gluten-free cooking
- MUST have a passion for nutrition and be extremely knowledgeable in health and all types of allergies
