Personal Assistant/Event Manager Needed for a very prominent family in Orange County, CA

A very distinguished family in Orange County is looking to hire a Personal Assistant/Event Manager. Candidate must acquire previous personal assistant experience and be very well skilled in coordinating and executing various intimate and lavish events in a specific desired budget. Job duties entail: managing staff, oversee vendors/maintenance personnel, managing contract negotiations & bidding processes, supervise budgets/purchases and track expenses, calendar upkeep and heavy scheduling, ensure the home is always in an immaculate condition, serve as the primary emergency contact on all family matters, ensure security is always functioning properly, ability to coordinate and manage high-level events, maintain a comprehensive calendar of events and be able to track events budget and much more. This person needs to be highly organized, extremely tech savvy and be a self-starter with a “hand-on” approach to all daily tasks. Must obtain a minimum of 5 years experience in personal assisting and coordinating events. Starting salary is 85K with full benefits!
